Kunavv

A site for a UK consultancy that sells simple, practical automation instead of six-figure software, with a 23-question readiness assessment that emails each lead a scored report.

The brief

Kunavv helps UK companies streamline operations with practical automation. Its pitch goes against the market: most companies don’t need custom software with a six-figure budget, they need better processes and a few well-placed automations, billed by the hour.

The site had to make that argument in seconds, to operations managers and founders who are tired of being sold complexity, and turn the interest into a first step that costs nothing.

What we built

  • A side-by-side comparison of a traditional software house and Kunavv, across approach, billing and adaptability. It’s the first thing visitors read after the hero.
  • Two offers, nothing else. A free assessment and a monthly retainer, each with its own call to action.
  • Use cases with honest verdicts. Four real projects, including two where the right answer was not to proceed. That builds more trust than a list of wins.
  • A built-in assessment. Twenty-three short questions, one per screen, that end in a personal report by email, plus a short form for visitors who’d rather talk to a specialist.
  • A blog and a dedicated assessment page for search, so the site can rank for more than the brand name.

From the last answer to the report

The assessment lives on the home page, so nobody has to leave the site to start it. One question per screen, a progress bar, and Enter to move on: it takes about five minutes.

The assessment on Kunavv's home page: one question per screen, 23 in total.

When the visitor sends the last answer, the automation takes over:

  1. The answers are read area by area. Nine areas, from strategy and data to governance and culture, each assessed on its own and then combined into one plain-English reading.
  2. The score comes from fixed rules, not from the writing step, so the same answers always get the same score. It’s placed on a three-stage scale: early, structuring or at scale.
  3. The report arrives by email within minutes: a headline diagnosis, the score, the three things holding the company back, what already works in its favor and one recommended next step. It carries no personal data, only the reading.
  4. Kunavv gets its own copy with the lead’s details on top, ready for a follow-up call.

Why Lark

The assessment is an automation: it reads the answers, scores them, writes the report and sends it, with no call and no waiting. That, plus the extra pages, put the project on Lark.

Works exactly the way we serve our clients.

Beautiful, and fully in tune with our design. What I needed most was the form with its automation and AI, and after a few rounds of adjustments it works exactly the way we serve our clients, at a running cost that fits our acquisition cost.

— Brian Daly, Co-founder, Kunavv
