The brief
HICARE answers, qualifies and books patients over WhatsApp for medical, dental and aesthetic clinics in Brazil, around the clock. Clinic owners know they lose patients to slow replies, but rarely know how many, so the page had to put a number on the problem before explaining the product.
What we built
- A lost-revenue calculator. Three numbers every clinic owner knows (average ticket, new contacts per day, share answered too late) become a monthly and yearly estimate of revenue lost, with the assumption stated in plain words.
- Before and after, shown, not told. A Monday 8 a.m. queue at a front desk working alone next to the same queue handled instantly, and two replies to the same patient question: one generic, one in the clinic’s own tone.
- A results section that reads like a dashboard, showing where each patient came from and how many turned into appointments.
- Ten sections in total, from the hero to the FAQ and the contact form, all on one page, with a bold black-and-neon-yellow identity that stands out in a category full of white and blue.
Why Wing
One page within the ten-section limit, with the domain, Search Console and analytics set up for the client, and a contact form for free diagnosis requests.
