The brief
Goiabá Estúdio designs wedding identities: monograms, script lettering, illustrated patterns, invitations. For Cecília and Ivo they had already designed the whole thing, the website included, and needed a studio to build it.
The job was to carry their design onto the web without losing a detail, on every screen size, and to give the couple one place where every guest question had an answer, from directions to the dress code.
What we built
- An invitation first. The couple’s names and the date open the page, followed by a short letter to guests in their own words.
- Venue, time and directions, with a practical note on leaving early because of the rainy season.
- Gift registries from three stores, one tap away.
- An RSVP form that asks for adults and children separately.
- A guest guide with the dress code and tips for the venue.
Where the RSVPs go
The bride wanted to follow the replies in a spreadsheet, not in an inbox. So every RSVP lands as a new row in a Google Sheet the couple owns, with the guest’s name, how many adults and children are coming and any note they left. At the same moment, the couple gets an email with the new reply, so nobody has to keep checking the sheet.
The studio built the site and the RSVP flow. The site design and the visual identity are by Goiabá Estúdio.
Why Wing
Five sections, the domain set up for the couple, and a form that does more than send an email.
The bride loved it.
Working with Southlark was sensational. The site was ready ahead of schedule with everything working perfectly.
